Free Training for Small and Medium-sized Businesses

We are proud to offer this free training to small and medium-sized organisations* to enable them to be ready to support colleagues who are affected by pregnancy or baby loss. This training is for everyone. Feedback shows that 100% of participants would recommend this training to others.

Research suggests the economic cost of miscarriage in the UK is £471 million and that 50% of bereaved parents did not feel supported upon return to the workplace.

We understand that conversations surrounding bereavement, and specifically around pregnancy and baby loss, can be difficult. We also know that navigating legal requirements around this can be particularly complicated.

Our training is therefore designed to help managers and colleagues understand pregnancy loss and baby death, find the words to support bereaved staff, and navigate relevant employment law. We have various tools available including modular learning films which feature the experiences of bereaved parents going back to work, and the insight of HR professionals to support your business build an environment of support and low stress.
